JBB Chairman - Out with the old, in with the new PDF Print

David Grady will today retire from his position as Joint Branch Board Chairman and subsequently from Lothian and Borders Police.

David has served his peers on the JBB since 1994 and the last four years as Chairman.  During that time he has seen a variety of challenges for the police service, both locally and nationally, and has always ensured the views of the membership are properly and appropriately heard.

David will be saying farewell to his friends and colleagues at the Police Club, Friday 21st January 2011 and all are invited to join him.  Please email the JBB Secretary to confirm your attendance for catering purposes.

At a statutory meeting on 29th December 2010 Inspector Stewart Sandilands was elected as his successor and will assume the role of JBB Chairman from 15th January 2011.

Stewart also has a vast experience on the JBB and is looking forward to leading the membership through the changes that lay ahead.
