Home Page / What's New Tax Returns Update Officers are reminded that paper Tax Returns for the year ending 5th April 2008 MUST be returned to HMRC by 31st October 2008 at the latest to avoid the £100 fine now being imposed. For those filing online the deadline remains 31st January 2009. If officers are seeking the assistance of the Federation tax adviser to file their tax returns then they are reminded that these will only be done in paper form and therefore the October deadline applies. Any Federated member wishing to use the facilities offered by the Joint Branch Board tax adviser should contact debbie@lb-policefed.org.uk to arrange an appointment.
